The family room is really spacious, the staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. The water in the pool was warm!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I was traveling with my husband and golden retriever for work the kit for pets (dogs) was a very nice touch and the dog bed already in the room was especially kind. We had free time so we also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sauna in the wellness area. The restaurant was closed for a private event so we were told to goto a nearby restaurant about 2k away high which was very good. A shuttle was available for the restaurant and to the Milano Fair grounds free of charge . (Another plus) (a tip for the driver is a nice gesture in my opinion) All in all we had a very nice stay even if it only for one night.

The hotel itself looks nice and new. Lobby is nice and the gym as well. Rooms are big and bathroom is clean. Sometimes there is a shuttle from the hotel to Metro station, which helps to get to the city.

The receptionist cilia was exceptional. Organised a free shuttle at midnight from a nearby wedding to the hotel, and allowed us to stay an extra hour to recover from the celebrations. Would always come back.
